Kaptanoğlu Denizcilik Şirketine ait, Kaltun Şirketi tarafından işletilen, 10 bin 671 GRT'luk Türk bayraklı M/V SOHRET isimli dökme yük gemisi, Paris Memorandumu çerçevesinde teknik eksikliklerden dolayı, İspanya'nın Castellon de la plana Limanı'nda tutuldu.

İspanyol PSC müfettişleri tarafından 26 kalem eksik tespit edilen M/V SOHRET isimli Türk bayraklı dökme yük gemisi, Castellon de la plana Limanı'nda üç (3) gün tutuklu kaldı.

Kaptanoğlu Denizcilik Şirketine ait M/V SOHRET isimli geminin İspanya'nın Castellon de la plana Limanı'nda, tutulması ile birlikte, 2006 yılı içerisinde Avrupa limanlarında tutulan Türk bayraklı gemis sayısı 34 olurken tutulma sayısı 35'e yükseldi.
